Realized that the homework I have to do over the christmas period actually needs doing otherwise i'm going to have loads to do in the 1st week of Jan.
Been studying for best part of the day done the maths assignment and nearly finished the biology one just need to draw a couple of diagrams.
About an hour is the longest i can sit and work efficiently any longer and my mind starts to wonder and start to get annoyed so i have certain things i can go and do every hour like: playing the guitar, making some food, or one i've just come up with going out to the log cabin and beating the hell out of the punch bag for 10 mins. Knowing that i get a break every hour stops me from feeling swomped by the work aswell.
Anyway don't think this counts as a break as strickly this is work. Finish my biology assignment then close my books for the day, maybe the year!
